The staff was really helpful - I would not hesitate to return there. This hotel was comfortable base for exploring San Luis Potosi, loved it. The room was reasonably large and the bed extremely comfy.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was just perfect, so close to everything I wanted to see and do. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The rooms were even better than I expected, clean and very comfortable. The amenities provided, such as the air conditioning and flat-screen TV, added a touch of luxury to my stay. The terrace was a wonderful place to relax, and the outdoor swimming pool was a great way to cool off in the hot weather. The free continental breakfast exceeded my expectations, and the restaurant and bar area were perfect for enjoying a delicious meal or a drink.

The pool area seemed a bit neglected with some algae growing up on the walls and the water not being crystal clear.
